RAGNI'S SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Initiated in 2015, RAGNI’s CSR approach was gradually consolidated until the creation, in 2020, of a department dedicated to Stakeholder Dialogue and Sustainable Development. Now organized as an integrated QSE Management System, we are aiming for triple ISO 9001 – 14001 – 45001 certification by 2024. In a constant desire for continuous improvement, we focus on three principles to guide our decisions:

Sincerity: be clear and transparent about our actions

Progress: moving forward by doing better

Dialogue: co-constructing solutions with our stakeholders.

Focused on the challenges of industrial ecology, mindful lighting and human capital development, we aim to engage all of our stakeholders in the responsible management of resources, whether material or immaterial.

BRINGING LIGHT BY PRESERVING DARKNESS

For many years, we have been voluntarily spreading the formula of mindful lighting, emphasizing the importance of right solutions adapted to each environment. Our goal is to make public lighting a major lever for energy transition by involving all of our stakeholders in our ambitions: The Earth and all its inhabitants – Team Ragni and all its partners – All the players in our supply chain.

PUBLIC LIGHTING AT THE CROSSROAD OF SOCIAL ISSUES

Deployed
for a long time without consideration of the potential impacts on the environment and health and without any real analysis of the resources to be preserved, public lighting now appears to be at the crossroad of territorial governance challenges. Both a planning and management tool for public spaces, a development lever and a support for the connected city, a social marker and a heritage object, this rapidly changing sector is currently redefining its functions and limits. Aware of the negative externalities potentially generated by our activities, we seek to mitigate the nuisances by increasing its benefits.

A human adventure above all

Before becoming an international group, RAGNI was a family business, remaining close to the needs of each individual and putting people at the heart of its concerns. Since 1927, we have paid special attention to dialogue, proximity and listening. More than a line of conduct, it is a corporate philosophy in its own right.
